IT Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support within the company, focusing on maintaining the efficiency of automation systems and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide First-Level IT Support for the company’s automation systems
• Offer workstation support for the company’s telephone center, CRM, billing software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Install software on new workstations
• Oversee the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure (both software and hardware)
• Ensure compliance with security policies across the company’s information systems

• 1-2 years of related professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (structured cabling, VLANs, routing)
• Experience with CRM and ERP software
• Knowledge of Call Centers (e.g., Asterisk type systems)
• Proficient in Linux software
• Understanding of databases
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
