IT CRM - POS Specialist

As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks an IT CRM – POS Specialist.

We’re looking for a CRM Expert (Salesforce) to join our growing IT team and help drive the evolution of our core Salesforce platform across both our Energy and Telecommunications divisions.

You’ll be a key player in the ongoing development, integration, and support of our Salesforce system, which serves as both CRM and Point of Sales platform. As part of a collaborative and solution-oriented team, you’ll bridge the gap between product, sales, operations, and our Salesforce vendor—turning needs into real, working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement small-scale enhancements within Salesforce
• Support and maintain Salesforce integration with other systems
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
• Act as the main liaison between business teams and the Salesforce vendor
• Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development and user experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Telecom or Energy industry
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Flows and UI programming
• Strong skills in SQL and understanding of data structures
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in Vlocity Objects and functionalities in Salesforce
• Familiarity with Salesforce certifications or Apex scripting
