Live Chat Support Specialist - No Experience

Do you want to work from home as a Live Chat Support Specialist — chatting online and helping people, without ever having to hop on a call?


We're urgently seeking people who can chat with website visitors online. If you can speak English, have a friendly attitude, and know how to copy and paste, this opportunity is for you.


In this role, there’s no phone or face-to-face communication — it’s all text-based chat using platforms like Facebook Messenger. You’ll be working for businesses, answering messages on their websites and social media accounts.


What you’ll be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you’ll get paid to respond to incoming messages on websites and social media. Tasks include answering questions, sharing sales links, and offering special deals.


Rate: $35 per hour.


Requirements:

  • A laptop, phone, or tablet with internet access
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly


Skills/background needed: These are entry-level chat support roles. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is needed.


Location: Remote support worldwide (United States preferred).
