Outbound Automation & Prospecting Specialist (Clay Expertise)

Our client, a fast-growing creative agency, is looking for an Outbound Automation & Prospecting Specialist with deep expertise in Clay. This role is ideal for someone who can build and manage outbound systems, automate workflows, and drive high-quality lead generation through personalized, data-driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and automate outbound workflows using Clay
• Set up data enrichment, trigger-based campaigns, and email personalization at scale
• Integrate Clay with tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, GPT/OpenAI, Lemlist, and more
• Develop and implement custom enrichment logic
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance

• Hands-on experience with Clay (certification or partnership is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting and marketing automation
• Experience with API/webhook integrations and CRM systems
• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset
