Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring seamless communication and logistics
• Handle travel arrangements and itineraries, optimizing travel schedules based on executive needs
• Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Perform research and data analysis to aid decision-making processes
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for easy access to information
• Act as a liaison between executives and clients, exhibiting professionalism and discretion
• Offer support in content creation and social media management as required

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various online collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
