• Create or audit estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims
• Negotiate settlements and document all activities in complex files across multiple lines
• Evaluate settlement alternatives and make decisions based on regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in claims or estimating
• Proficient in utilizing CCC estimating software
• Familiarity with auto insurance estimating guidelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Located ideally in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
