Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Technical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation projects with significant financial impacts, including technology modernization and post-merger integration
• Develop and execute a multi-year technical transformation strategy aligned with corporate goals, ensuring operational efficiency and measurable ROI
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, fostering collaboration and accountability among diverse teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 5+ years in executive roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• PMP or CAPM (or equivalent) certification required
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital process automation
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable technical plans with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making
