Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive team and budget owners for operational analysis and strategy alignment
• Oversee team implementing a cloud data warehouse for financial analytics and reporting
• Manage data architecture and reporting processes to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• At least seven years of experience as a Financial Manager/Lead or related occupation
• Two years of experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
• Familiarity with US and Australian capital markets and regulatory environments
