Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales - New Logo & Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales professionals across new business and expansion teams
• Own go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
• Define and manage KPIs related to bookings, win rates, and quota attainment

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading direct sales teams, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven ability to engage in deals while scaling a team as a player-coach
• Experience with new-logo acquisition and customer expansion strategies
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM best practices
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
