Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a long-term strategic vision for the learner journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
• Create and execute strategies for learner acquisition, conversion, and retention using data-driven insights
• Oversee the product development lifecycle and manage a team of Product Managers to foster a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on product-led growth initiatives
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing teams of product managers and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data sets and derive actionable insights
• Expertise in project management methodologies with experience in leading complex initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in a technical role is preferred
