Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Network Development & Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee provider network and contracting activities, including negotiation and analysis for contract support
• Ensure development of provider networks and evaluate cost, coverage, and growth for expansion opportunities
• Establish strategic vision and policies for the department, supporting market expansion and M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• MBA or MHA degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in network development and provider relations or contracting management in healthcare
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management
• Valid driver's license and residence in or relocation to Texas required
