The Opportunity:
VeSync is looking for a strategic and results-driven Amazon Account Manager! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments and has a proven track record of managing high stakes relationships, driving sales, and influencing platform strategies. As our Amazon Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact with Amazon and play a critical role in aligning business objectives, driving revenue growth, and optimizing internal collaboration. What you will do at VeSync:
• Build and maintain a strong, trusted partnership with Amazon to support VeSync’s business objectives.
• Lead annual business negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and unlocking marketing opportunities.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and Amazon Vendor Managers to streamline communication and ensure alignment.
• Establish and optimize internal processes to improve collaboration and execution.
• Stay on top of Amazon’s platform policies, industry shifts, and competitive moves to manage risk and inform strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Drive both sell-in and sell-through efforts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including deal submissions, pricing issues, and inventory challenges.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Amazon to track progress and plan next steps.
What you bring to the role:
• Experience as a seasoned negotiator with direct experience managing Amazon accounts.
• Deep knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and Amazon operations.
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong business judgment.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
• A proactive communicator who knows how to foster relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experienced working across global teams, particularly in US-China business environments.

Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
Salary: Starting at $90,000/year
