About the role đ„ïž- Vestiaire Collective is hiring a U.S. Pricing Expert to support our VIP Consignment and Brand Partnerships team in valuing womenswear and menswear across all categoriesâincluding ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, and watches. As the go-to expert on the U.S. pre-loved fashion market, youâll bring deep knowledge of fashion trends, history, and vintage to help set pricing strategy. Youâll also collaborate with our global pricing team, taking the lead on U.S. pricing and supporting the UK and EU when needed.
What you will do đ- Lead pricing for VIP consignors and brand partners in the U.S. and support global pricing team on EU and UK pricing when needed.
- Ensure competitive pricing by maintaining a strong price adoption score and monitoring acceptance/rejection rates.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of pricing trends and sell-through performance for fashion items across both competitive markets and the VC platform.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends and news within the US and global markets.
- Take full ownership of the pricing performance of products you have personally priced, including accountability for their sell-through and sales velocity.
- Manage and regularly update the U.S. VIP brand directory based on market trends and consumer demand.
- Support the global pricing team in maintaining an accurate and current taxonomy, including new models, materials, and product variations.
- Participate in special projects as needed, such as working with the product team to improve internal pricing tools.
- Handle additional tasks and ad-hoc requests as assigned to support the broader VIP Consignment team or global pricing team.
Who you are â- Strong knowledge in fashion and luxury market trends globally with a focus on the US
- Good to have knowledge of fashion history/vintage
- Previous pricing experience for second hand luxury platform
- Confidence in your work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong research abilities and extreme attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proactive spirit and wiliness to learn, grow and cross-train departments
- Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
