UX/Graphic Designer

The Company You’ll Join: It is our mission to create an exceptional firm that betters the world of work. Through granular candidate insights, in-depth employer benchmarking, continuous market pulses, actionable strategies, and recruiting feedback platforms, the team at Veris Insights is advancing the way companies across North America approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and talent management. We work with hundreds of Fortune 1000 organizations to help them solve their hardest talent challenges and it is our aspiration to be nothing less than the single, unequivocal best partner to every one of these leaders in that pursuit.

The Team You’ll Join: Our Marketing team, known internally as the “The Voice of Veris Insights”, translates research into compelling, data-driven experiences that engage top talent acquisition leaders. We do this through digital content, webinars, social media, and email marketing that drive business impact.

We are expanding our digital and interactive capabilities to ensure our content is not only visually engaging but also measurable, accessible, and built for user engagement. Right now, much of our content exists as static PDFs that don’t allow for performance tracking or mobile-friendly experiences. As we scale, we are evolving from static content to interactive, product-like web experiences that better guide users through their journey.

As a UX/Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation. This is a new position within our team, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we engage enterprise clients through digital experiences. Your work will go beyond traditional graphic design—you’ll focus on UX-driven web design, building interactive landing pages, and optimizing content for performance tracking and lead generation.

How You’ll Grow: As part of our Marketing team, you’ll gain deep expertise in Early Career and Talent Acquisition markets across diverse industries. By working closely with our industry-leading research, you’ll have the opportunity to turn insights into engaging, interactive digital experiences that resonate with top enterprise clients.

You’ll collaborate with seasoned B2B marketers, honing your UX, design, and content strategy skills while directly influencing the effectiveness of our campaigns. We are committed to your professional development and career growth, providing tailored support to help you refine your expertise and expand your impact.

At Veris Insights, creative freedom and experimentation are encouraged—we move fast, cut through red tape, and iterate together to find the best solutions.

The Character:

Innovative. You bring fresh ideas to high-impact projects, continuously refining and improving content engagement.

Detail-Oriented. You hold a high standard for precision and accuracy, ensuring all materials meet zero-defect expectations.

Self-Starter. You thrive in an environment where you have ownership and trust to drive results with autonomy.

Please keep in mind: Research has shown that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds only apply to jobs when they meet 100% of the requirements vs. their majority counterparts, which apply at a much higher rate if they meet 50-60% of the requirements. So, with that being said, if you are interested in the role, we would love to hear how you can leverage your talents to be an awesome culture add.

Our Values & Culture, In Brief: Talent is in our DNA. It is what we study, who we serve, and the quality we most pride ourselves on internally. In order for our team members to be at their best, we provide individualized benefits and support. At the most basic level, benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance benefits, and career development opportunities.

We believe a well-rounded and diverse team is the key to our success. To provide the widest range of experiences and perspectives in our member service and internal culture, we never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status. Please let our recruiter know if there are any accommodations we can provide for you to ensure an equitable and comfortable recruitment process.

We highly value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and this shows up in everything we do. Our research has a significant focus on the experiences of candidates from diverse backgrounds. Internally, we have Employee Resource Groups for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees, and Affinity Groups to support women and neurodiversity. Furthermore, we’ve established a Diversity Council to promote a workplace environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for all and acts as an active partner to People Ops and Leadership in service of our broader firm-wide DEI goals.
