Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions are ready to launch our Graduate Recruitment Campaign for 2025!

You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations. Towards the end of the program, we will begin a career conversation with you to agree which area of the business you will move into.

Join our dynamic sales team in a role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. This position offers certified professional sales training and a structured graduate pathway, providing an excellent foundation for a successful career in professional sales management. Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate with team members both regionally and globally, contributing to high-growth initiatives and innovative water treatment solutions.

As part of our commitment to ecological transformation, you'll develop expertise in sustainable water solutions while building valuable relationships with key industry stakeholders. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on industrial and municipal water treatment challenges.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Learn to develop and manage a growing pipeline of business opportunities
• Build skills in prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities
• Develop understanding of customer needs and qualification of leads
• Contribute to key metrics for assigned growth targets
• Learn about digital monitoring and Veolia's Insight technology
• Participate in marketing activities throughout the UK & Ireland
• Network with Veolia business units and external partners
• Support company campaigns and gather market intelligence
• Contribute to accurate monthly sales forecasts
• Develop expertise in water treatment solutions

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Business/Sales and Marketing
• Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel 
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Professional presence
