Veolia Water Tech & Solutions is looking for a dedicated individual to deliver a great customer experience with each interaction while having a hand in making the world a better place. You will be working directly with our customers, sales team and other cross-functional partners to provide the best fulfillment experience possible. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, you will ensure that customer orders are managed with a combination of speed, quality and accuracy.
This position will primarily be supporting the onboarding of new customers through the accurate and timely management of new contract setups and new master data setups in SAP.

Duties & Responsibilities
Master Data Maintenance including updating business names, addresses, and contact information
New Contract/Account Setup for multiple types including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow, Tax Exempt Certificates, and D&B matching
Review documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Contract maintenance including updating dates, parts, pricing and service frequency. Ensure the billing plan matches the contract. Process cancellations and termination of service
Create and modify Preventive Maintenance orders

Education & Experience
Required:
3 years Customer Care experience
3 years SAP experience or equivalent ERP system

3 years experience related to master data and contracts in a business-to-business environment
Google Workspace experience preferred
Salesforce experience
Working Conditions
Hybrid. Company provides computers, monitors and accessories. Employee responsible for internet connection, furniture and suitable workspace
Office is possible if preferred by employee and employee is located near a VWTS facility
Rare travel possible
