Completions Coordinator, Walk Down - job 1 of 2

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. As part of the Completions team, Walkdown Coordinator shall interface with the Subsystem Owner teams in the responsible segments to coordinate the scheduling of construction complete walkdowns and expedite the punch items raised after walkdown has been completed back to the CMS coordinator. Walkdown Coordinator will be responsible for building walkdown pkg’s and reviewing the daily reports to provide feedback to Completion Manager of subsystems that will not meet the schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble walkdown packages     
• Verify all documents in table of contents have current rev
• Compile all documents from co-console from the correct tables, then load them into the correct team’s folder by your assigned segment

• Via Invite from your calendar in Outlook
• Copy Link to Walkdown Package in Invite
• Update Daily Walkdown Board (monitor) daily
• Print the current walkdown packages for the system owners prior to the walkdown
• Receive walkdown package from the subsystem owners once the walkdown has been completed
• Ensure that the punch items found are in text form on the punch list template for loading purposes
• Communicate with CMS coordinator to ensure all information is correct for co-console
• Return completed walkdown package to CMS coordinator so that it can be uploaded into co-console after walkdown

Qualifications:

• Four-year minimal experience as project-based Punch List coordinator level role (Equivalency may be considered for alternate coordinator(s) position)
• An in-depth knowledge of Construction, Precommissioning and commissioning activities and work front closure activities.
• Proven track record in directing the generation, issuance and facilitation of Punch List data reporting on projects with greater than 200,000 asset tag composition.
• Experience in working multiple department interfaces to achieve common goals.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing planned and unplanned activities
• Extensive knowledge of Completions methodology is a requirement.
• Broad experience in data handling and interpretation will be a distinct advantage.Ability to utilize completions data management systems (Go-Complete, CoConsole, OCCMS, WinPCS, Zenator, ICAPS…etc ) at read only end user level data access.
• Proficient with the English language both verbal and written.
• Possesses Team player attributes and attitude.
• Proficient with Completions Data Management System software, spread sheet and word processing software, database applications and desktop publishing, and graphics software.
• Familiar with facility package record keeping and classification terminology and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and team work skills. Ability to maintain high productivity amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
