Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst for M&A Activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the vendor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company and M&A policies
• Support M&A initiatives through expertise in procurement, contract guidance, and security reviews
• Act as the primary contact for vendor partnerships, managing communications and negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in negotiation and contract management
• Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Previous experience with M&A related activities is highly desirable
• Familiarity with IT sourcing, including various licensing structures, is preferred
