Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to support an ongoing Federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user research following design thinking processes
• Convert research findings and user needs into actionable tasks and develop user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and maintain organized design files for developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating research and UX/UI design skills
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Design Suite
• Knowledge of usability design principles and user research techniques
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and design systems
