About the role

We are searching for a quantitative and qualitative synthesizer as our next UX Researcher. Working with our product and design team, you should be a strategic thinker and human-centered designer who is passionate about designing and facilitating products and initiatives that will help people jumpstart their careers. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

What you'll do:

• Be Rise’s design maven!
• Collaborate with our product, design, and marketing teams to inform intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
• Translate complex ideas to tangible concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience. Roadmapping is essential.
• Advocate (and evangelize) for the customer through human-centered design methodologies.
