Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective, generate creative ideas, and elevate the company's presence across social media, digital platforms, and other marketing channels. This role will also oversee the creation and management of all presentation materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand image, while driving the company’s SEO, SEM, and ROI initiatives for measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Utilities One's business objectives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Content & Campaign Management:
- Drive the creation of engaging content across social media, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase audience reach and engagement.
SEO, SEM, & Digital Strategy:
- Design and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Regularly monitor and analyze search engine performance, trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
ROI Optimization:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights and adjustments to enhance results.
Digital & Social Media Presence:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence with innovative strategies.
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure Utilities One remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Presentation Material Management:
- Develop, design, and manage all company presentation materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align presentations with business goals and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze performance metrics across all marketing efforts to assess effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to drive marketing ROI.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and ROI tracking.
- Strong design and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
