Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Incent) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage CPE activities, App Recommendations, and CPI campaigns
• Develop a CPE strategy by selecting target events and assessing their impact on the ARPU curve
• Continuously identify and test new traffic channels and refine KPI calculations

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience with playtime/offerwall traffic and various CPE channels
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of over $500,000 is a plus
• A passion for mobile games is desirable
