Job Summary

A company is looking for a Usability Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive usability evaluations focusing on AI-powered features to ensure clarity and effectiveness
• Design and execute usability studies, user interviews, and A/B tests to gather user feedback
• Analyze research findings and provide actionable recommendations for product development teams

Required Qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating experience with usability testing and research findings
• 1-3 years of experience in UX research or usability testing, with exposure to AI/Machine Learning products
• Solid understanding of UX principles and research methodologies
• Proficiency in usability study tools and product analytics platforms
• Basic understanding of design and prototyping tools
