Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Recruiting and Travel Therapy Coordinator to join our team
Position Summary:
The Recruiting and Travel Therapy Coordinator is responsible for administrative support of the recruiting and travel therapy teams. This position provides support to the Travel Therapy Manager with various aspects of the National Travel Team. This position also provides support to the Sr. VP and Directors of Recruiting. The position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation. This position does not have any supervisory duties.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Travel Therapy Manager with management of National Travel Team and Contract Labor
- Responsible for scheduling of National Travelers with guidance from travel therapy manager
- Responsible for initiation of clinic transfers
- Responsible for collecting performance reviews and post assignment evaluations from clinics and travelers
- Responsible for packaging and sending traveler and contractor confirmations.
- Responsible for maintaining contractor new hire tracker
- Attends National Traveler Welcome Meetings and national traveler team meetings.
- Maintains accurate travel team roster and schedule.
- Assists Travel Therapy Manager with reports
- Maintains Travel Team Source Pages
- Maintains a positive relationship with Upstream hiring managers and business office peers
- Assists with the development of processes to streamline onboarding, credentialing and compliance for all travelers.
- May be asked to attend recruiting events in local markets.
- Supports recruiting leadership through recruiting bonus reports and admin tasks as assigned.
- Responds timely to emails and phone calls during business hours.
- Is responsive: on time for meetings, returns phone calls in a timely manner, meets deadlines and meets commitments.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding information regarding new acquisitions, operational and leadership changes, and other highly sensitive information.
- Displays professional appearance and attitude in office, field, and digital environments
- Ensures integrity in use of time off, work related expense reports, use of company time use of company equipment and resources.
- Takes responsibility for actions, accepts responsibility for mistakes, and reports self-errors to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Available and reachable during core business hours.
- Shares information, which is of value to others. Solicits input from others and responds to that information as appropriate.
- Influences peers in a way that reinforces the standards for performance communicated by the organization and their immediate supervisor.
- Accepts constructive feedback.
- Keeps supervisor informed of issues, needs and the successes of the clinical recruiting team.
- Focuses on positive, effective problem/complaint resolution with internal and external customers and explores every avenue to meet customer needs.
- Works to create a positive work environment for team members, in-field partners, and other departmental partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with managing associate schedules preferred.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Knowledge and understanding of company mission, vision, values and the ability to demonstrate operating within our operational standards.
- Ability to model positive behavior, organize and maintain workflow, work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate effective follow-through in implementing the goals/objectives of the organization and be willing to follow directives.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is subject to inside environmental conditions: protections from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes; exposed to noise consistent with indoor environment; potentially works in a remote environment.
- This is a full-time position operating within normal business hours Monday through Friday, with an expectation of minimum of 40 hours per week; May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends, or work additional hours as needed; requires flexibility with scheduling and a willingness to cover team travel requirements when scheduling conflicts arise as needed.
- This position is subject to medium physical work.
- Constantly communicates with associates, must be able to hear and speak to accurately exchange information in these situations.
- Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment such as printers, phone, keyboard, mouse and copy machines using gross and fine manipulation.
- Frequently talks, sits, stands, stoops, reaches forward, uses finger dexterity, manual dexterity, uses far vision acuity.
- Must have ability to comprehend information provided, use judgement to appropriately respond in various situations.
- Occasionally walks, reaches above shoulder level, reaches below knee level, bends forward, squats, crouches, uses near and far vision acuity, drives, flies; lifts 21-50 lbs. from floor to waist, lifts 11-20 lbs. from waist to shoulder, lifts weights under 10 lbs. overhead; carries, pushes, and pulls 21-50 lbs.
- Rarely kneels, crawls, climbs stairs or ladders, balances.
