QA Tester / Test Lead

Automation System Development:

• Design, build, and maintain automation test frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Optimize and expand the automation testing system to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Testing and Analysis:

• Perform in-depth automated testing.
• Analyze test results, identify, and report bugs in detail.
• Conduct automated regression testing to ensure the quality of software releases.

Planning and Reporting:

• Analyze software requirements and design documents to define the scope of automated testing.
• Develop automated test plans.
• Report automation test results and project progress regularly.

Training and Support:

• Train and guide team members on testing methodologies and tools.
• Support team members in resolving related issues.

Professional Skills:

• Software Testing:
• At least 3 years of experience in web/mobile app software testing.
• Practical experience with automation testing.
• Clear understanding of the software development process and testing phases.
• Experience working with bug tracking systems.
• Ability to write reports and analyze test data.
• Ability to use at least one programming language (JS, TS...).
• Experience with at least one testing framework (Playwright, Selenium, Robot, etc.).
• Ability to setup CI/CD automation for projects.
• Technology:
• Ability to self-study and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Teamwork and creativity skills.
• Management: Previous experience as a Test Lead or team management (a plus).
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) product development model.
