Responsibilities
1. Invoice Approval
Review, verify, and approve billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Procurement Management
Oversee the purchase of warehouse supplies and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely replenishment.
3. Asset Management
Maintain records of warehouse assets, track usage, and ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
4. Inventory Management
Conduct regular inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize warehouse storage.
5. Cost Optimization
Analyze warehouse operation costs, track expenditures, and provide financial reports for budget control.
6. Return Management
Handle return processing for various merchants, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with return policies.
7. Client & Investor Reception
Assist in receiving and coordinating visits for clients and investors, providing necessary support and hospitality.
8. Scheduling & Work Hour Tracking
Manage employee shift schedules, track working hours, and ensure efficient workforce allocation.
9. Employee Documentation
Process employee onboarding, probation evaluations, warnings, and resignation paperwork in compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or operations coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, and asset management processes.
- Proficient in financial reporting, cost tracking, and budget control.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, investors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Required to work night shift/early bird shift/on weekends/and holidays depending on business needs.

8:00am-2:30pm
2:30pm-10:30pm
11:30pm-3:30am
Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
