Service Desk Agent

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our UniQue team and support the banking industry!

What will you be bringing to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Service Desk Agent position we expect you to:

• Logging all relevant incident, Problems, service requests details and allocating categorization, prioritization and urgency.
• Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
• Escalating incidents and service requests to 2nd level support teams (systems, network and content collaboration) and informing Service managers when its applicable (Critical/High incidents)
• Keeping Customer or internal users informed of progress
• Updating the Knowledge Base
• Monitoring and updating CMDB
• Reporting activities

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• AD/LDAP basic knowledge and HW/SW inventory knowledge
• Excellent analysis and problem solving
• Prioritizing incidents, requests, changes and Problems
• Familiar with ITIL framework
• Basic banking knowledge experience
• Web and mobile banking basic experience
• End of day banking batch process and monitoring knowledge
• IT infrastructure basic knowledge
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Knowledge
• Excellent use of English language (verbal & wrtitten)
• Availability to work in 24X7 rotating shift (Monday to Sunday)
