Ultrahuman is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as Ritwik's Executive Assistant (EA). In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our founder, Ritwik, helping to streamline operations and optimize productivity. This position demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion as you manage a variety of tasks that require both strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail. As the EA, you will serve as a vital link between Ritwik and various stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exemplary organizational skills, and be capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities from calendar management to project coordination. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, has a strong work ethic, and can anticipate the needs of the founder while proactively managing tasks to keep him focused on core business priorities. Responsibilities

  • Manage Ritwik's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready in advance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of Ritwik.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary management.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Track and manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on target.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle it judiciously.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
