The Role

On the AI Solutions Development and Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering AI solutions that meet critical business objectives and drive substantial value across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop comprehensive AI and data product plans that align with these requirements..

In this role, you will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI use cases by applying a product operating model to solution development, focusing on design excellence and user metrics to ensure that the solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will be crucial in integrating advanced AI technologies, such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI, into our product offerings, thereby advancing our AI capabilities and market position.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the solutions developed are robust, scalable, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your ability to foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners will be key to accelerating AI-driven initiatives and achieving business goals. Additionally, your expertise in product management will guide the seamless integration of new AI capabilities into the existing AI suite, ensuring that these solutions are both innovative and practical for end-users.

Responsibilities:

• AI Solutions Support: Provide support in the development and delivery of AI solutions that contribute to business goals, focusing on cost efficiency and revenue support.
• Business Collaboration: Assist in gathering requirements from business leaders and help in the preparation of product plans.
• Integration Assistance: Help with the integration of AI solutions into the AI suite, focusing on improving efficiency and scalability.
• Use Case Assistance: Support the team in developing AI use cases, with an emphasis on design and enhancing user experience.
• AI Suite Contribution: Participate in the enhancement of AI technologies within the AI suite, such as time series forecasting and conversational AI.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational standards and business needs.
• Ethical AI Support: Assist in promoting ethical AI practices and help ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines.
• Product Model Support: Help in applying a product operating model to AI solution development, focusing on scalability and strategic alignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient (2-4 years) experience in AI solutions development, product management, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Exposure to developing and integrating AI/ML solutions across various domains, such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders and colleagues to drive strategic AI initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Proficient in working with business leaders and colleagues to translate requirements into actionable product plans that drive business objectives.
• Exposure to AI/ML governance frameworks, ensuring trust, transparency, safety, and security in AI implementations.
• Experience with cloud-based AI technologies and partnerships with major AI and data vendors.

Position Location

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay will for this position is $190,000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
