They also make things happen. Trinity’s Summer Internship Program runs for all of June and July.

This program provides a meaningful, experiential learning opportunity for local college students about to enter the workforce. This experience combines information learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development. The Summer Internship Program introduces students to the commercial real estate industry and illustrates what it takes to be successful.

Interns will learn from Associates and Partners through a blend of classroom training, job
shadowing, and one-on-one coaching. There will be research to conduct, phone calls to listen to, negotiations to witness, and general exposure to commercial real estate investment sales.

The variety of educational activities rounds out their experience, builds camaraderie, and creates long-lasting relationships as a young professional cohort. See how they spend their time outside of the classroom.

Research:

• Conduct property and owner research, a fundamental skill for becoming a successful broker
• Monitor and capture on-market listing data for exposure to a wide array of property types, marketing approaches, and pricing components

Shadowing:

• Shadow Junior Agents for a first-hand look at what a typical day is like for a new agent
• Shadow Senior Agents to understand the day-to-day for an established, successful broker

Team Assignment:

• Assist with deal pipeline
• Search various platforms for active buyers
• Update comp and on-market database
