IT Recruiter

Trinetix Recruitment Team is looking for an IT Junior Recruiter to join our friendly and energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential IT candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media);
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals;
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements;
• Participating in Recruitment Scrum-meetings;
• Preparing pitching job descriptions;
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates;
• Track and report sourcing metrics and adjust strategies for success;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• At least 0,5 year of experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Sourcer;
• Understanding of common search techniques;
• Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
• Experience with Recruitment ATS will be a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Friendly person willing to learn and grow in recruitment :)
