Head of Product, SaaS 

Treatwell is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Product to lead our B2B Product team and drive the product strategy for the B2B side of our two-sided marketplace.

At Treatwell, we don’t just offer salons a digital calendar, we offer a whole ecosystem of solutions to partners to allow their businesses to flourish sustainably: a platform to market themselves, attract and retain customers, manage cash, invoices and payments as well as advanced analytics.
As the Head of Product for SaaS, reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the salon experience across this entire ecosystem, on our web and app platforms, uncovering and solving salon pain points, and leading to growth and monetisation in our venue base. 

You will join a dynamic and international team, where you can immediately make meaningful contributions and grow as a product leader. This role will lead a team of product managers, based across some of our key markets, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.  

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a champion of empowered teams and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Defining the strategy and roadmap for the entire SaaS product space that aligns with customer needs and the company’s overall goals. 
  • Leading, coaching and managing a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. 
  • Working closely with marketing, supply, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market.
  • Advocating for the customer by incorporating user feedback, conducting user testing, and ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of product development.
  • Defining and tracking key results to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.

About you: 

  • 8-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B side of a 2-sided marketplace environment.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams in an internationally distributed environment. 
  • Experience leading through a transformation from Sales-led to Product-led is a plus. 
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into product opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
