Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high software quality across B2B cloud platforms.
• Design and implement automated test solutions for front-end and back-end systems using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Build and maintain robust test coverage across various test types, including regression, integration, unit, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Validate RESTful APIs for functionality, reliability, and performance using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or custom scripts.
• Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure accurate back-end operations.
• Use Git-based version control systems to manage test automation frameworks and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, test plans, defect logs, and test reports to support traceability and transparency.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or equivalent tools, and work closely with engineering teams to verify fixes and ensure timely resolution.
• Actively contribute to QA process improvements, test strategy discussions, and implementation of QA best practices.
• Participate in Agile or hybrid software development cycles, providing QA perspective from design through release.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA or test automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management lifecycle.
• Proven experience writing test cases and creating automation test scripts for UI and API testing.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate and apply appropriate test types (e.g., smoke, regression, functional, integration, E2E).
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for front-end testing.
• Solid experience testing RESTful APIs, including schema validation, status code handling, and performance checks.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend QA.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience testing B2B applications, enterprise software, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with networking hardware or embedded devices such as IP cameras, routers, or switches.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) and/or security testing practices.
• Experience with mobile application testing (manual or automated) using tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Prior experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000
