About the Role:


Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is our latest pursuit to make live entertainment more accessible than ever. Leveraging TodayTix technology, PxT empowers our partners to boost sales, broaden their audience reach, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Ticketing Operations Executive to join our Supply Operations team and play a key role in bringing PxT projects to life—from the first spark of an idea through to launch. In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal teams and a wide range of industry partners to help build and refine the tools that power unforgettable live events across the UK and beyond.


Your work will have a direct impact on partner satisfaction, revenue management, and the customer experience by ensuring PxT events are accurately set-up, maintained, and reconciled.

Please note: This is a 1 year, Fixed Term Contract role, with potential to become permanent. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office, as well as additional on-site presence for event support.


What Success Looks Like:
  • Flawless Event Management → Setup and maintain accurate, timely ticketing for Powered by TodayTix events across owned and third-party channels.
  • Inventory & Revenue Accuracy → Ensure pricing, allocations, and inventory are regularly updated and reconciled from on-sale through final performance.
  • Operational Efficiency → Provide consistent and reliable support across ticketing systems, event launches, and customer access programmes.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Support → Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellent execution and communication.


What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and maintain ticketed events across all Powered by TodayTix platforms and outlets.
  • Manage pricing, offers, and inventory across our owned channels and third-party ticketing agents.
  • Execute pricing strategies developed by producers, marketing, and TT Live teams.
  • Ensure events are correctly configured in our ticketing systems and support on-sales with our system provider.
  • Provide accurate and insightful reporting for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support access programs, ticket dispatch, and ad hoc ticketing needs.
  • Provide on-site ticketing support during event launches to ensure teams are equipped to handle customer queries.


We’re Looking for Someone With:
  • Experience working on ticketed live events, preferably in a Box Office or ticketing operations role.
  • A strong understanding of the event lifecycle and how to drive successful sales outcomes through ticketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to pivot in a fast-changing environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for cross-functional and partner collaboration.
