TLC Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher (TLC) to manage the routing of third-party transportation vendors and trip operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and organize same day and urgent trips to transportation providers
• Monitor service quality and on-time performance of transportation providers
• Document issues related to trip performance and communicate with providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 6 months of customer service experience
• 2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling preferred
• 1 year experience with applicable transit scheduling system preferred
