We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring our mission of quality and happiness translates effectively to our customers. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering relationships within the beverage industry. Your contributions will aid in enhancing Tito’s reputation and sales channels, ultimately impacting how we deliver our cherished vodka to consumers nationwide. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and manage sales schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, tracking sales leads and opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and promotions that align with brand initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Organize and facilitate sales training sessions and ongoing education for team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
