Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and identify issues
• Conduct due diligence and fact-finding with clients and attorneys as needed
• Obtain necessary documents and communicate with relevant parties to clear title defects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes and title issues
• Ability to read and understand real estate contracts and closing documents
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
