The Role
TimelyCare is currently seeking a Director of Sales, RVP to support and lead a team of Sr. Sales Reps to meet and exceed their individual targets, contributing to overall sales team and company revenue goals.
This person will manage a team of quota-carrying, consultative Sales Reps who are responsible for prospecting, managing and closing business in the higher education market. Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership experience, proven coaching DNA, and a deep understanding of competitive sales cycles. This person will play a key role in leading a highly transparent and motivated sales team that focuses on bringing their best to every interaction.
The salary range for this opportunity is $150,000-155,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process. NOTE - Sales roles also include incentive commission which will also be discussed during the interview process.
