Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of detection engineers to enhance the detection library for the MDR service
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve detection and response capabilities while maintaining operational stability
• Develop streamlined processes and explore automation opportunities to enhance SOC analyst experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing teams within a technical environment
• Strong background in threat intelligence and detection engineering
• Experience in strategic planning and operational stability
• Familiarity with automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in security contexts
• Ability to develop metrics to measure program efficacy
