As part of our Brands team and reporting to our Manager of Brand Partnerships, you will provide essential support to the Brands Team, specialising in Fine Jewellery & Watches product areas, by efficiently managing administrative tasks related to our Brand Partnerships team. This is a crucial role for Threads with an exciting journey into the world of Brand Partnerships.
You Will:
- Be the main point of contact for our brands. You will be managing all email communication and acting as a ThreadsStyling brand ambassador.
- Liaise with internal teams including Personal Shoppers, Social Media, Finance, and Logistics.
- Communicate and educate our Personal Shoppers about our brands, product launches, pricing leadtimes, and commission structure.
- Maintain our internal product catalogues, and ensure information is up to date.
- Support the Brands team to drive sales performance by learning sales information, trends, customer preferences and suggesting appropriate actions to take.
- Supporting the Brands team with daily admin tasks (including note taking, tracking daily sales, fashion week schedule and tickets, ad hoc project management support).
- Account management or branded buying experience.
- Ability to read sales data and make trading decisions.
- Interest or knowledge in fine jewellery and watches.
- Attention to detail and accuracy from dealing with contracts and financial data.
