Intermediate Integration Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions that align with our enterprise architecture standards. You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient integration solutions following industry best practices. 

As part of our team, you will leverage your experience in Java development, CI/CD pipeline automation, and integration technologies such as Kafka, Azure API Management, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. You will also play a role in supporting the enterprise integration governance framework, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable to meet evolving business needs.

As part of the Group Technology Solutions and Engineering team, you will report to the Integration Lead and collaborate with fellow engineers and business stakeholders. This role offers a balance of hands-on technical work and collaboration, enabling seamless integration solutions that support business objectives. 

You will develop integration solutions using modern tools and platforms, contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation, and assist in deploying integration features with minimal disruption. You will be part of a team fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring integrations are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

We're looking for a problem-solver with a passion for integration technologies who brings:

• 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on integration technologies and solutions in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Kafka, Azure API Management) and microservice development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of API development, security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with or willingness to learn modern tools and platforms for seamless integration solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Creativity, resilience, and adaptability in a complex, changing environment.
