 SUMMARY

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Columbus team.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing strategies, developing social content, coordinating various projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

This is a hybrid work-from-home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays), and the candidate must live near Columbus, Ohio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Marketing Plan Implementation

  • Assist in the execution of the marketing plan and editorial calendar under the guidance of the Marketing Director
  • Take charge of social media management, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to deploy marketing campaigns and follow up on engaged leads
  • Assist with regular updates to the company website to reflect new work, results, news, etc.

Content Creation

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content optimized for social media engagement
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight client work, company culture, and thought leadership
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across channels
  • Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize content based on insights
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and fostering conversations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 0-2 years equivalent work experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter comfortable working autonomously
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to travel to in-person events across the United States 
  • Experience working in Hubspot, Hootsuite, Metlwater, Talkwatcher, and/or Brandwatch is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $54,300 - $59,500. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience
