Its “Psychic Home Manager” is an AI-powered platform that enables predictive restocking and personalized product recommendations. The Rounds is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our portfolio of strategic partnerships and play a critical role in scaling our business. In this role, you’ll source new partnership opportunities and cultivate meaningful connections that support the partnership development team. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of The Rounds to prospective partners and play a crucial role in company growth!

• Develop new partnerships by identifying and prospecting into key partnership opportunities.
• Drive Member acquisition during partner activations using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of The Rounds features and product assortment to successfully onboard new Members, ensuring they place their first order.
• Provide feedback and insights from partner activations and Member interactions to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.
• Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.

• Highly adaptable and willing to embrace change
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Have access to reliable transportation to travel to/from partner locations (a car is a plus, but not required)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 3-4 hours at a time in outdoor settings.

• Comprehensive training to get you started, plus ongoing training and coaching to support you in the role and help you maximize your success.
• Competitive hourly base pay of $20/hour
