Lead Intake Specialist/Sales Representative

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a family law /estate planning & probate/criminal law firm, with (5) offices in the Houston area. (1) office in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, and more on the way! Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Intake Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Intake Department, ensuring a seamless client intake process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to guide a team, and proficiency in communication to maintain a high standard of client service. The Intake Sales Lead will serve as a key liaison between potential clients and the law firm, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal client intake or similar customer service role, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in a legal environment, preferably in a law firm, is highly desirable.

Education: HS Diploma/GED and equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Case screening and qualification.

Data management and reporting:

Training and supporting the team development.

Ensuring compliance and quality control.

Client relationship management.
