Spanish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support - Remote Greece

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in a remote capacity from Greece. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing expert assistance and support for our e-cigarette products. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will work with your colleagues to promote customer satisfaction and build a loyal client base. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to e-cigarette products, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in customer interactions.

• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with e-cigarette products and the vaping industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
