Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to smoke-free products and services.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the benefits of smoke-free living and available resources.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our system to enhance service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
• Stay informed about product updates and health trends related to smoking cessation.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
