Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients in the automotive industry.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to best serve customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
