Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Japanese speaking content creators through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Address inquiries related to our services and assist clients with troubleshooting tech-related issues.
  • Support content creators in utilizing our online tools and features effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance our support services and platform offerings.
  • Offer advice and best practices to help clients optimize their content creation process.
  • Document client interactions and insights to contribute to a knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction throughout.
  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a role supporting content creators or within the digital services industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online content creation tools and a passion for the digital content landscape.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to helping clients succeed in their creative endeavors.
