Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert technical support to customers in German through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Educate customers about our products and help them maximize their usage.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in our systems.
• Coordinate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation of FAQs, guides, and training materials based on customer feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty.

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
