German speaking Customer Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding DJI products.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions about features, and providing technical advice.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Adapt to feedback and continuously strive to improve service performance.
• Stay informed about DJI’s product offerings and market developments to provide informed support.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the technology sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
